Salary: 6 €/hour

Purpose and responsibilities: On the Corporate Banking team in the CRM and business network support department we are looking for support! We are a support team for colleagues in the sales department; our goal is to help them spend more time on client relationships and less on document administration.

Main tasks:

  • Work in various bank systems
  • Search for documents
  • Digital archiving
  • Communication with sales staff
  • Participate in application and innovation testing
  • Administrative support for the department
  • Participate in bank projects
  • Monitor guarantee schemes and payment deferrals
  • Work in Excel — uploading and managing data, combining multiple xls files into one functional file
  • Work with PDF files — using applications to merge and split documents

Required experience / education:

  • Secondary education with Matura (high school diploma)
  • Bachelor level (first degree) university education
  • University student

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Analytical and logical thinking, attention to detail
  • Independence and thoroughness
  • Willingness to learn the context of corporate banking
  • English at an intermediate level
  • Communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and enthusiasm for digital technologies
