The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join Impression. The role will work in our Digital Experience team alongside CRO strategists, UX designers, behavioural researchers and product analytics specialists - closely supported by our Technology and Marketing Analytics teams to introduce and deliver impactful acquisition, retention and loyalty campaigns across a range of our clients.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Impression, you will:
- Create and execute email (occasionally SMS and push) marketing campaigns in-platform to engage and retain customers.

- Collaborate with our clients and our design and development colleagues to develop compelling copy and eye catching creative for campaigns.
- With our technology specialists, brief technical website/data changes into client development teams/partners for increasing data capture and reporting.
- Be confident in managing the customer profile data schema in-platform along with our clients.
- Monitor and analyse campaign and test performance to improve channel ROI.
- Segment customer databases based on custom attributes and event data to personalise campaigns and improve email relevancy.
- Produce and monitor channel performance reporting, frequently reporting back to clients on their investments
- To grow and gain understanding of the latest behavioural science principles and then implement these int campaigns.
- They conduct experimentation across email and websites to help clients increase CVO.
- Support with CRM Marketing initiatives including content generation.
- Support the agency with the growth of the DX Team by aiding in gathering resources for pitching.
Requirements
To be considered for the Marketing Automation Specialist role at Impression, you will need to:
- Demonstrate capabilities in Email Marketing/CRM/Marketing Automation
- Have experience in a leading marketing automation tooling and demonstrate your ability to learn new technologies
- Have some commercial experience (ideally agency-side but in-house, brand-side or research also welcomed)
- Demonstrate some stakeholder management skills
- Be a team player, capable of building relationships across teams at all levels
- Have demonstrable experience managing multiple, sometimes conflicting, deadlines

SALARY: £28,600 Please note, this role is a hybrid role, in line with our flexible working policy. We look to hire candidates who are no more than a 90 minute journey away from our office locations to ensure your personal time is protected and that you're able to travel into the office when necessary.
