CRM Operations Specialist

Within the CRM department, and more specifically within the Operations team, you will be in ongoing contact with the brand and other teams to deploy campaigns on the channels you work on.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Gather requirements • Coordinate the campaign • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth running and deployment of the campaign • Ensure proper deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Make recommendations and proposals on CRM campaigns • Participate in optimizing and updating existing campaigns • Monitor the progress of campaigns • Identify weaknesses in various campaigns using performance indicators • Be responsible for documentation • Provide your leadership and technical expertise on your channels and help them progress

QUALIFICATIONS

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in marketing or a technical field • Experience in digital, project management or CRM marketing • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or other CRM software is a plus • Good knowledge of HTML and SQL • Fluent in English (written and oral) • Detail-oriented, able to learn quickly and leverage new concepts, business models and technologies • Self-starter, highly organized, able to multitask and work independently • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills • Able to coordinate a project among different parties • Excellent analytical skills and able to develop/track processes and methodologies • A passion for video games, technology and Internet culture is a plus
