Your territory
As part of our CRM team, you will:
- Own the CRM campaign calendar - plan, execute, and optimize newsletter campaigns and automated journeys across channels (e.g., Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Direct Mail)
- Grow a high‑quality subscriber lists and protect deliverability with strong list hygiene and consent management
- Analyze customer engagement and collaborate with other CRM managers to drive segmentation strategies that optimize campaign targeting and maximize engagement
- Leverage A/B Tests and consistently analyse data and performance to measure effectiveness and improve CTR and CVR
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- 3+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing with end-to-end ownership of campaigns and automations
- Hands-on with modern ESPs (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, Braze)
- Proven track record in segmentation, personalization, and revenue-driving A/B testing
- Experience with SMS orWhatsApp programs, plus consent and frequency management
- Data-driven and skilled in HTML for CRM campaigns and email template creation
- Strong project management, the ability to brief copy or creative, and clear stakeholder communication
- Very good English skills
- Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH
