CRM Batch Campaign Assistant Intern

As a CRM Batch Campaign Assistant Intern at Ubisoft Montréal, you will support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in building and delivering batch email campaigns that strengthen player engagement and community participation. In this CRM Batch Campaign Assistant Intern role, you will collaborate closely with CRM Operations Specialists, product teams, and international partners while developing hands-on experience with data segmentation, automation, and campaign execution.

What you’ll do:

• Support CRM batch email campaigns from segmentation to deployment
• Receive and validate audience segmentation requirements from stakeholders
• Build and maintain audience segments using internal CRM tools
• Assist with database management and campaign setup using SQL
• Contribute to automation queries and light HTML coding when needed
• Coordinate with product managers and cross-functional teams
• Monitor campaign execution and help troubleshoot delivery issues
• Document processes to support campaign optimization and knowledge sharing
