Main responsibilities:

  • To measure and monitor Counterparty risks exposure, foreign exchange risk as per the standards defined within the Bank’s internal regulations and Local regulatory regulations;
  • To perform the process of limits/lines review with counterparties “BANK/Financial institutions”.
  • To evaluate new credit proposals for the Segment “BANK/Financial institutions” in accordance with Parent Company and Central Bank rules and policies.
  • To prepare reports for internal committees of the bank, Corporate Bodies, and local regulatory bodies on Bank’s counterparty, foreign exchange risks exposure, in accordance with Bank’s procedures, Group’s rules and local banking regulations;
  • To monitor and prepare reports on the investment portfolio of the bank in accordance with the requirements of Parent company and regulator;
  • To participate in the implementation and to maintain the automatic systems for management of risks related to the area;
  • To prepare disclosure on the risks covered for the annual financial statements and Risk annual report;
  • To be fully conversant with bank rules, Code of Ethics, Bank of Albanian regulations on risk management and the and operating procedures as they relate to his/her area of work.
  • To undertake other duties as may be required from time to time.

Requirements/ Abilities:

  • Bachelor degree in economic fields, business management; finance; business informatics;
  • Sound knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives, regulations for banks;
  • Minimum 2 year experience as Credit analyst;
  • Keen to learn new information, adopt new skills and with the ability to identify and make improvements to systems and processes;
  • Having good communication skills;
  • Fluent in English and other language is plus;
  • Being capable to use MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point);
  • Proactive with strong analytical skills;
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills;
  • Concern for accuracy, with good attention to details.
