Scope and Purpose

  • Support the Coverage team in originating, developing and managing the customer relationships assigned to their portfolio and developing the relationship with perspective clients;
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks in support of International Desk activity are properly carried out, including the writing in French of call reports, commercial notes of credit proposals.
  • Provide credit analysis on existing and prospect client to support credit proposals.
  • Support the Coverage team in achieving the profitability, commercial and risk objectives set for the customers in their portfolio, including all cross-selling initiative involving other entities of ISP Group.
  • Supports the Coverage team in both evaluating the operating and economic performance of the customers  in their portfolio and activating any corrective actions when necessary;
  • Supports the Coverage team by carrying out interrelated administrative and lending activities, including KYC and onboarding process;
  • Support Coverage team interacting with other Departments within the Bank (Operations, Treasury, GBT, Risk Management, Legal, Audit) and with the other entities of ISP Group with regard to transactions involving customers assigned to the portfolio
  • Support to project activities within the Corporate Desk / Eu Hub

Required Experience

At least 2-year experience in the banking industry

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

  • College degree, possibly with specialization in business administration or finance;
  • French and English languages proficiency, both oral and written, necessary; Knowledge of the Italian language is a plus.
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to identify client needs and address them with targeted solutions;
  • Teamwork-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in an International and dynamic environment
  • Good interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Business and result oriented
  • Organization, planning, reporting and communication competencies;
  • Available to travel and spend working time out of the office to meet with clients;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results within the deadline
  • Familiarity with the relevant French banking regulations
  • Good Knowledge of banking products, especially in the syndicated loan, trade and structured export finance areas.
  • strong economics and credit analysis fundamentals
  • Able to arrange and perform meetings with existing and perspective clients
