Creative Services Account Manager

We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as an Account Manager to join our Creative Services team.

Job Type: Permanent

Location: This role could be based in either our London or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

Salary and benefits:

£42,000 - £55,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role

To support the transformation of Creative Services by delivering best-in-class service to the business units, GBAM and the wider organisation. This role leads the day-to-day delivery of creative briefs, drives stakeholder satisfaction, and helps shape creative solutions that align with business goals.  It requires effective project management and collaboration with creative, brand, and marketing teams.
