๐Ÿ‘Š The Opportunity

This is a multifaceted opportunity, the first of its kind in the agency, where you will be managing the seamless execution of both creative production and social moderation and engagement projects. You will be charged with the responsibility of overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.

You will play a vital role in developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. To succeed,ย  you will collaborate with a diverse team of designers, writers, and other social specialists and strategists to facilitate a creative and collaborative work environment.

You will also act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, serving as the primary point of contact, managing client and team expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing feedback. In particular, you will be i nstrumental in the support for all creative teams by driving production schedules from ideation stages, right through to delivery as well as managing standard moderation and engagement projectsย for social clients.

This Creative Project Manager will contribute significantly to the success of social and creative initiatives by fostering efficiency, creativity, and excellence in project execution.

This is a new role which will help us drive our new creative offerings, meaning that, for the right person, the scope of the position can become pivotal in supporting us to shape our internal processes for upcoming creative projects.

๐Ÿ” Quality Control: Maintain high creative standards & implement feedback mechanisms.

โณ Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines & proactively address delays.

๐Ÿ“ž Client Communication: Act as the main client contact & ensure satisfaction.

โš ๏ธ Risk Management: Identify & mitigate potential project risks.

๐Ÿ‘ค Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders & provide updates.

๐Ÿ“Š Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports & analyze project data for improvement.

  • Solid social media and creative production experience with an agency or brand including but not limited to advertising, marketing, design; and have led and delivered projects from conception to completion.
  • Proven and extensive experience inย Creative and general Project Management ideally with an agency or in the marketing, digital or social space
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing budgets
  • Experience with project management tools i.e., and creative tools
  • Preferred experience with CRM tools i.e., Zoho
  • Understanding of social media services including social monitoring, strategy, insights, content, platforms, and tools
  • Preferred experience in people management
  • Familiarity with social media data
