Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience working in digital production within the creative and media sector.

  • Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in agreement negotiations with clients and vendors.

  • Experience facilitating client and agency design thinking sessions. Knowledge of, and passion for, Google products and platforms.

  • Ability to lead teams of varying levels of production experience and clearly and accurately define project guidelines and risks.

  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder structures, serving as the primary point-of-contact while coordinating status reporting.

  • Excellent crisis management, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills. Excellent communication skills to onboard legal teams, engage partner/content teams, drive agreement negotiations, and put together successful delivery teams.

  • Ability to speak one or more additional European languages fluently.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.


  • Manage multiple complex digital projects with critical deadlines from inception through to delivery across all Google platforms. Manage a complex ecosystem of partners, stakeholders, and sponsors both within Google and externally.
  • Lead, facilitate, and participate in design thinking sprints for key clients in all major branding industry sectors, bringing complex groups of multiple stakeholders together to deliver rapidly on a brief.
  • Partner collaboratively with cross-functional disciplines, including Strategy, Creative/Creative Tech, Creative Business Partner, and Go-to-Market teams. Work closely with Sales, Agency, Marketing, PR, and Product teams.
  • Guide production and delivery, leveraging expertise in production requirements when launching projects using innovative new technology.
