Atom’s Corporate Services team supports the business across a whole range of areas, including Legal, Procurement, whilst fulfilling company secretarial responsibilities. Its also soon to be the home of The Hub.

The Hub will be the “Front of House” face of Atom the Atom business as well as supporting the Chairman, CEO & wider Board & Executive Team with all aspects of their daily routines. As Corporate Services Assistant, you will provide support to the Corporate Services Manager in their duties, whilst supporting the wider Corporate Services team, to ensure we continue to provide an outstanding & uninterrupted service to Senior Management and the wider business.

You’ll assist in the management of diaries, booking travel & accommodation and expense submission of our CEO, Board, Chairman & Exec Committee, whilst also providing support to the Secretary of our Exec Committee by collating supporting papers & taking minutes of meetings.

What will your ‘typical’ day look like…. (there’s no two days the same in Atom):

  • Support with Board and other Committee meetings and shareholder meetings;
  • Arrange signature of documents on behalf of group companies, including contracts and correspondence, and seeking any required authorisations
  • Act as holiday cover and provide support to the Reception team where required
  • Schedule team and other meetings for the Corporate Services Team
  • Support with raising purchase orders and managing payment of any invoices related to Corporate Services and Hub activities
  • Keep basic office supplies (stationery etc) stocked and available
  • Assist with arrangements for dealing with all post and other deliveries received by the business;

What do we need from you?

  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Suite
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Good organization and time-management skills
  • Friendly, tactful, discreet and highly organised
  • Be able to prioritise and manage your own workload
