Corporate Recruiter
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full time
Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm US EST
Working Days: Monday - Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit 1 new qualified candidate for internal requirements per day.
- Schedule 1 interview with department managers weekly.
- Achieve a target of 2 new hires per month.
- Lead sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding 20 new hires within the first year.
- Develop a list of 10 target companies for experienced talent acquisition.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the candidate pipeline, leveraging knowledge of search methodology and tools.
- Proactively reach out to candidates, engaging them throughout the recruitment process.
- Understand the talent pool and guide candidates through the entire process.
- Coordinate with candidates and the hiring team, escalating the interview process.
- Conduct interviews and hire potential candidates in alignment with internal requirements.
- Utilize LinkedIn to source prospective candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Corporate recruiting within US staffing firms.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn and upskill.
