Scope and Purpose
- Under the supervision of a Director, preparation of pitchbooks or similar documents
- Analysis of company performance
- Evaluation of different companies using various methodologies, verifying the consistency of the financial model to which they are applied
- Under the supervision of a Director, preparation of teasers, Management Presentations, Analyst presentations or similar documents for specific deals
- Support the Directors responsible for coordinating the execution of a deal, in operational activities with an autonomous approach on specific tasks of the process
- Coordination of analysts' activities
Required experience
4–6 years of experience in Corporate Finance or ECM
Required qualifications, skills and knowledge
- Solid understanding of Italian/European regulation and capital markets
- Proficiency in English, ideally gained through experience abroad
- Knowledge of Italian/European capital markets and their respective regulations
- Knowledge of financial analysis, financial modelling, business planning and valuation methods
- Able to work in a team, highly motivated and with good communication and interpersonal skills
- International and multicultural approach
