Scope and Purpose

The candidate will report directly to the Global Head of Incentive Plan Design and support her in:

  • Designing incentive systems at Group and Company levels
  • Following the related activities with the Compliance / Audit processes
  • Deal with Strategic Planning and Budget&Control to select goal baskets for the annual incentive process

Required experience

Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company

Competencies required

  • Proactive, self-motivated and committed to excellence under any circumstance
  • Solid problem solving and ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
  • Personal standing and solid oral communication skills

Required qualifications, skills and knowledge

  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP/ IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
  • Knowledge of short term incentive system
  • Knowledge of long term equity based system
  • Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
  • Performance measurement skills
  • Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
