Your territory

As part of our Finance team, you will:

  • Tackle new topics and challenges in controlling within a fast-growing company
  • Actively support ongoing reporting for various stakeholders and perform ad hoc analyses
  • Contribute to the budgeting process and help drive its continuous improvement
  • Drive finance digitalization by identifying and implementing process automation solutions with tools like UiPath, KNIME, or similar platforms
  • Advise teams across the organization to optimize financial decisions
  • Assist in preparing monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements in accordance with UGB
  • Work in a modern, fully digital environment—where a paperless finance department isn’t just a goal, but our everyday reality
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of internal and external accounting principles and practices
  • Understanding of data processing and SQL, with a strong technical mindset
  • Proficient MS Office skills, with a particular focus on Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with process automation solutions such as UiPath, KNIME, or other RPA/workflow solutions is a plus
  • Familiarity with BMD, Lucanet, or comparable systems is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Valid Austrian work permit

We offer 25 days PTO, plus public holidays (15 in Austria) plus 6 "Balancing days" for over-hours accumulated throughout the year

We work hybrid remotely. Team members work at least 2 days per week from our office in Linz (Austria)
