Northrop Grumman's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles. Australia is a cooperative program partner in the Triton program which consists of the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force and Northrop Grumman.
Your Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Contract Manager with managing contractual agreements that support our specialised projects. Your expertise in contract compliance and strategic negotiation will be key in driving successful outcomes. You will:
- Review, draft, and manage ad hoc service arrangements under the Prime Contract to align with project objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage contract lifecycle activities, from initiation through renewal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and company policy.
- Monitor compliance, identifying and mitigating risks to uphold contractual obligations.

- A proven background in contract administration, ideally within defence industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams and clients.
