We are looking for a Confirmed Producer to join our production team. You will report to Laura, Production Team Lead, and join a team dedicated to creating photo and video content for our clients.
Your missions:
Organization and coordination of shoots
- Organize and coordinate photo/video shoots at our clients’ sites (SMEs, mid-size companies, large corporations)
- Manage the shoot logistics: scouting locations, schedules, team coordination
- Ensure operational follow-up from A to Z: from preparation to delivery of content
- Guarantee respect of deadlines and quality of deliverables
Coordination of freelancers
- Brief freelancers (photographers, videographers) on expectations and specifics of each shoot
- Monitor the technical teams’ work and ensure consistency with our standards
Preferred experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in audiovisual production, video project coordination, or in an agency
- Good knowledge of the video production process (pre-production, shooting, post-production)
- Initial experience in project management and team coordination
- Editorial sensitivity and audiovisual culture
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in an organized manner
- Rigor and organization, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Adaptability and ability to adjust to unforeseen events
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
