About Us 👋

Event Planning & Execution *
- Lead event planning alongside marketing and sales to elevate the Gecko brand and deliver results.
- Oversee diverse events, including in-person events in the UK, EU, and US, roadshows, virtual webinars held during UK and US hours, and Gecko’s annual client forum.
- Manage logistics, ensure smooth event delivery, and adapt to challenges when they arise.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our events always stand out.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management *
- Build relationships with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Work closely with customers during events to ensure their needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations.
Post-Event Analysis & Reporting *
- Gather feedback and analyse event data to measure success and improve for next time.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies based on learnings.
Budget & Resource Management *
- Keep event budgets in check while ensuring every dollar spent maximises impact and value for our customers.
Travel & On-Call Availability *
- Be prepared to travel to in-person events as needed and provide support for events taking place during US hours, including occasional weekends.
