As a Senior Concept Artist at Behaviour Interactive, you will collaborate closely with the Art Director to craft visual images that inspire the art production team. With extensive experience in conceptualization, design, and illustration across diverse environments you will be instrumental in answering detailed questions and ensuring that every design element aligns seamlessly with the production.
In this role you will:
- Create sketches, studies and designs of environment and characters.
- Adapt your art production according to the project’s need.
- Work effectively with other departments.
- Be able to guide, inspire other junior artists and provide constructive feedback.
- To be able to balance between artistic and technical constraints.
- To be able to creat illustrations that communicate the art direction vision.
- Share your work and improve it according to feedbacks.
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of the game pipeline.
- Good understanding of discipline constraints and create art complementary to production needs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and good knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Maya, or others).
- Autonomy and proactivity, effective communication, open-mindedness, and flexibility.
- Good understanding of art fundamentals: perspective, lighting, atmosphere, composition, architecture, anatomy, colors, and the ability to deliver high-quality rendering and details.
