In this role you will:
- Participate in the development of strategic plans for our external communication channels
- Create, plan and maintain the LinkedIn publication calendar
- Provide analysis and reporting of LinkedIn platform performance results
- Cover internal and external events
- Ensure media monitoring and stay on top of industry news and upcoming trends
- Create content for our various external communication channels
- Draft communication documents (key messages, Q&As, media fact sheets, web content, etc.)
- Help prepare briefs for spokespersons at media events and conferences
- Support our donation and sponsorship initiatives
- Logistical support for external and internal events (as required)
- Coordinate the production of visual content in collaboration with team designers (videos, banners, etc.);
- Assist in the drafting of applications for external competitions and corporate outreach.
- Support the communications team when necessary
- Invoice processing
What we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree in communications, branding, journalism, public relations or related discipline
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;
- Adaptability and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Understanding of emerging communication trends
- Knowledge of the LinkedIn platform
- A sense of initiative and proactivity (you don't wait for projects to come to you. If something needs to be done, you jump in)
- Be available, on occasion, for mandates that could fall outside normal working hours. For example, attending an industry event on a weekday evening or weekend.
