Location: Role could be based in either our Telford, Wythall or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

**Salary and benefits:**£55-70,000 plus 16-32% annual bonus potential, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, 10% non contributory pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The role

The role holder is a sourcing and supplier management specialist in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). This role involves managing end to end sourcing activities related to outsourcing various business processes to external service providers and managing existing and new service providers. Specifically, the role holder will be responsible for building and delivering impactful business partnering, strategic sourcing and both operational and commercial SRM to drive exceptional value for the business.

Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers serving as a primary point of contact for all supplier related matters.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with BPO vendors to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and requirements Leading all commercial negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions including pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards and service level agreements.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance against pre-agreed metrics and KPIs addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Measure delivery against all Service Levels and KPIs ensuring that any Service Level Regime is measured, and Service Credits claimed.

Contract Management: Manage contractual provisions and lead all contractual Changes including but not limited to; Change Requests, Variations, Heads of Terms and Terminations.

Resource Tracking: Where a contract or service is provided on a Time and Materials or Staff Augmentation basis, track resource utilisation ensuring Charges are as anticipated.

Risk Management: Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with supplier relationships including supply chain disruptions, quality issues and financial stability.

Strategic Sourcing: Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify cost saving opportunities, conduct supplier evaluations and develop sourcing strategies to support business objectives.

Cost Optimisation: Work closely with the suppliers to identify cost saving opportunities, negotiate discounts, implement value add solutions improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Supplier Diversity and ESG: Promote supplier diversity and address ESG initiatives and opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Procurement leads, Finance, Operations, Quality Assurance and other specialist areas to align supplier management strategies and plans with business requirements and objectives.

What are we looking for?

Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven approach to decision-making.

Detailed knowledge of the BPO market and both established service providers and disruptors.

Current working knowledge of contracting models across service lines and categories.

Knowledge of financial services products and regulation.

Experience of working with procurement tools and systems.

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
