Client Relationship Manager in SME Center

Client Relationship Manager (m/f) at the SME Center Northern Croatia

(place of work Varaždin/Čakovec/Koprivnica)

The position includes the complete sales process, namely:

• contacting and acquiring new clients in the SME/SMALL segment in Varaždin, Međimurje and Koprivnica-Križevci counties
• direct sale of risky and non-risky products
• collecting documentation and processing applications for risky products
• writing credit proposals
• managing the existing client portfolio
• monitoring the entire business relationship with the client, considering the strategic guidelines of the Bank and Group

Formal requirements that all candidates must meet are:

• university degree in economics
• preferably at least 2 years of work experience in banking in managing corporate relationships or working with company financial statements, preferably in the SME segment
• active knowledge of English in speech and writing
