Manager for Client Relations (m/f) in the SME region Zagreb

(place of work Zagreb)

The position includes the complete sales process, namely:

  • contacting and acquiring new clients in the SME segment (small and medium enterprises)
  • direct sales of risky and non-risky products
  • collecting documentation and processing applications for risky products
  • writing credit proposals
  • caring for the existing client portfolio
  • monitoring the overall business relationship with the client, taking into account the strategic guidelines of the Bank and the Group

Formal requirements that all candidates must meet:

  • University degree in economics or related field
  • 3 years of work experience in banking in managing business relationships with corporate clients
  • active knowledge of English in speaking and writing
