Our client, a US based company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join their team. As a Client Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide Customer Support: Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have, and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Identify Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients, and work with the sales team to close deals.
  • Monitor Client Performance: Track and monitor client performance metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to clients.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met, and serve as the liaison between clients and the company.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
