Salary Conditions:

1,450 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1,250 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill level whether it will be more. Quarterly rewards average around 700 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch goals. After 6 months you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus of 50% of your starting base salary.

Your tasks as a Client Advisor will be:

• contributing to sales support and collaborating with the team,
• seeking opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
• providing information and professional advice to clients,
• performing teller and currency exchange operations,
• performing client service operations, responsibly handling cash,
• participating in administrative tasks,
• continuously learning about innovations in the financial world and growing professionally.

• Up to 100 EUR per month as a contribution to supplementary pension savings (pillar III).
