Salary Conditions 1,450 EUR/month Starting base salary is 1,250 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. Average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill—it may be more. Quarterly rewards average around 700 EUR depending on meeting individual and branch targets. After 6 months you will receive a one-off adaptation bonus equal to 50% of your starting base salary.

Your role as a Client Advisor will include:
- Participating in sales support and collaborating with the team
- Identifying opportunities to sell all banking products and services
- Providing information and professional advice to clients
- Performing teller and currency-exchange operations
- Handling client service operations and managing cash responsibly
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Continuously learning about new developments in finance and growing professionally

Required Experience
- Secondary education with graduation
- Experience in a similar position or area
- Experience working with cash
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
