Compensation and Benefits

1,450 EUR/month

The starting base salary is 1,250 EUR + monthly commissions and quarterly rewards. The average monthly commission after successful adaptation is around 200 EUR and depends on your skill—whether it will be more or less. Quarterly rewards average around 700 EUR depending on the fulfillment of individual and branch targets. After 6 months, you will receive a one-time adaptation bonus in the amount of 50% of your starting base salary.

  • gradually begin to get oriented in VÚB banking products and services,
  • learn to work with clients and improve your communication and argumentation skills, which will also be useful in your personal life.

Your role as a Client Advisor will be to:

  • participate in supporting sales and cooperate with the team,
  • look for opportunities to sell all banking products and services,
  • provide information and professional advice to clients,
  • perform teller and foreign exchange operations,
  • carry out client service operations and responsibly handle cash,
  • participate in administrative activities,
  • continuously educate yourself on the latest in finance and grow professionally.

Required Experience

The position suits candidates with education:

  • secondary school diploma,
  • experience in the position/field,
  • experience working with cash,
  • number of years of experience: 1.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Knowledge

You are a suitable candidate for us if:

  • you have at least a secondary school education with a diploma,
  • you have at least 1 year of experience working with cash,
  • you enjoy communicating,
  • you are friendly and can work individually and in a team,
  • you have a sales spirit,
  • you are a trustworthy and upright person,
  • you are willing to work on yourself and develop.
