Job Description:

  • This full-time role is based in Salt Lake City, UT, within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations & Strategy.

The Partner Manager role is the first of its kind at PDQ. In this role, you'll work closely with Strategy & Operations, Sales, Revenue Operations and other cross-functional teams to design the framework of PDQ's partnership program. You'll be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of new partners, as well as identifying and expanding opportunities within existing partnerships.

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree, with an exceptional academic record
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer success role with a proven history of consistent quota attainment OR experience in revenue operations, business development, private equity, partnerships, or corporate development required

What you'll be doing:

Partnership Acquisition & Growth

  • Build and manage a partner pipeline: own and nurture partner relationships to hit revenue goals
  • Proactively initiate conversations with leads, understanding their needs, and communicating our value effectively
  • Develop and refine outreach strategies, including cold calling and email campaigns
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements

Partner Enablement & Relationship Management

  • Create relevant and impactful content to enable partners
  • Drive partnership activation by collaborating with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams
  • Maintain accurate partner records and pipeline tracking in the CRM

Strategy & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and report actionable insights
  • Continuously refine and optimize the company’s channel strategy based on data and partner feedback
