As a Campus & Internship Experience Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping the early talent pipeline by managing the full lifecycle of our internship program. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with academic institutions, organizing impactful campus events, and ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for interns and our managers.
In addition to leading our campus efforts, your passion for branding and talent engagemen twill have you act as a recruitment marketing advisor on the team: producing digital material for online posts, and advising on and implementing best practices to attract top talent through digital campaigns, events, and branded experiences.
This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about video games and thrives on connecting with people someone who enjoys being out in the field, engaging with students and faculty in their own environment, and who takes initiative in building authentic, lasting relationships.

In this role you will
- Manage the full recruiting cycle for our internships from the need assessment to offer stage.
- Take a proactive ownership of all campus relations, build long-term relationships with key academic partners to ensure we always have access to the top interns.
- Plan and participate in a variety of recruitment events both on and off campus.
- Support cohorts of interns and their managers through the different phases of the internship (onboarding, integration, objectives, performance evaluation, career discussions etc.).
- Manage the process of converting interns into permanent employees.
- Contribute to the evolution of our talent strategy by participating in key discussions and implementing initiatives that enhance attraction, retention, and the overall internship experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Proven ability to plan and organize events, including academic, extracurricular, or student-led initiatives (e.g., case competitions, hackathons, club events, open houses).
- Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,comfortable engaging with students, academic partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with digital tools to create compelling visual and written content.
