As a Campaign Assistant (F/M), you will be the primary support to perform daily administrative and operational tasks for the Eastern Europe and the Nordic markets. You will be working closely with the Account Management / the Publisher Development / the New business & the Operations teams. In order to fit in that role, you have to be good at English and Polish (verbal and written) and be good at organizing your time, schedule and priorities.

As a junior person, within this role, you will get access to a very broad set of knowledge around Awin's business whether it is understanding just the business itself or going deeper into how the Awin platform works or how our Technology works etc. You will be working with a lot of different processes and your input will be asked to improve our way of working at times.

This is a perfect first job for someone junior with the possibility to grow within an international environment and if you have the right motivation and develop your curiosity and knowledge further, we also support internal recruitment when there is an opening that you might be interested in.

You will be reporting to the Regional Head of Operations for EE and Nordics.

This position is a fixed term contract until 28th February 2024.

Key Tasks

Daily admin and operational tasks to perform on a wide range of clients:

  • Handling transactional validation and reversal cases
  • Publisher commission management (with confirming with clients and partners and making the changes in the accounts)
  • Scheduling and capturing campaigns
  • Update/upload of promotions, codes and banner URLs
  • Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
  • Collect data/stats and assist in the production of necessary account management documentation or presentations
  • Program newsletters to organize and publish
  • Data updates in Awin’s tools
  • Dealing with invoice details queries
  • Onboarding of new clients (integration and account setup)
  • Offboarding of leaving clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and partners and with internal team members on a daily basis via different communication channels
  • Ad hoc projects and requests (e.g. translation tasks)

This is not an exhaustive list and can be extended at any moment accordingly to the need of the company.

Skills

  • Bachelor degree as a minimum
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/PPT/Outlook
  • Well organized and able to be multi-tasking
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
