What You Will Do

You will partner with our global enterprise client base to design and optimize workflows that accelerate sales and client implementations, and improve revenue operations efficiency. Working alongside Sales, RevOps, Implementation, and Client Success, you will ensure our technology is not only adopted but drives measurable business outcomes. With expertise in insurance operations, regulatory considerations, and end-to-end workflow mapping, you will help clients anticipate roadblocks, streamline processes, and realize the full value of their investment with Clearspeed.

Responsibilities

  • Bring insurance industry subject matter expertise to discovery conversations, identifying potential compliance gaps, operational risks, or integration challenges.
  • Build and document client-specific workflows for insurance carriers and enterprise partners — spanning pre-implementation planning through post-implementation optimization.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to document findings, ensuring alignment across client strategy, revenue operations, and execution.
  • Elevate sales discovery cycles by providing deep workflow insights tied to claims management, underwriting, policy administration, and customer servicing.
  • Collaborate closely with Implementation and Client Success to guide clients through testing, go-live, and production, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Conduct workflow mapping, consumption consulting, and impact assessments to highlight adoption drivers and business value realization.
  • Support broader RevOps initiatives as needed to drive operational excellence across enterprise accounts.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Who You Are

You are a collaborative partner and a strategic thinker with a passion for simplifying complex workflows. You have extensive experience working directly with insurance stakeholders, translating industry business needs into actionable workflows. You can balance insurance industry best practices with the agility needed to help clients adopt new technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in workflow strategy, business process consulting, or operations within the insurance industry.
  • Proven ability to map and optimize enterprise workflows across claims, underwriting, policy administration, or regulatory/compliance processes.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead executive-level discussions.
  • Familiarity with RevOps practices and enterprise sales processes.
  • Experience partnering with technology implementation teams and driving client adoption strategies.
