Business Development Representative

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 1-2 years of professional sales experience, previous work with SaaS Sales preferred
• You are able to quickly engage potential customers over email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
• You’re clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verbally
• You possess grit and don’t shy away from rejection
• You’re hungry to progress your career and make money
• You know how to effectively manage your time to complete objectives
• You have experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding them
• You thrive in a high-energy team environment

What You’ll Do:

• Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails
• Work closely with Account Executive to identify qualified accounts and define strategies for outreach
• Develop quality messaging and outreach tactics (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging, etc.) to convey the eFileCabinet value proposition.
• Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the BDR role to BDR Leadership and Sales Enablement
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with the Account Executives
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
