About us

Dayshape is an AI powered resource management software company that is growing quickly around the world. Our customers include accountancy firms from the Big Four and global top 10.

We’ve been recognised as Scotland’s fastest growing tech company in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 for the last three years, and in 2022 ranked in the top 100 fastest growing European companies in the FT 1000.

Your role will be to generate interest and create sales opportunities with national and global accounting firms and, as we grow later this year, professional services firms in new verticals.

  • Keep abreast of latest industry news and maintain competitor knowledge
  • Professionally represent the company at events and trade shows to generate new leads (this includes virtual, local, regional, national, and international events)

About you

  • Well-versed in engaging the C suite at large organisations and pitching complex, enterprise solutions
  • Exceptional relationship builder, inquisitive, confident networker, and great at managing multiple stakeholders
  • Able to clearly explain how software delivers business benefits to customers
  • Open to feedback and collaboration with sales; always working to improve
  • At least three years working in a quota carrying role at a software company, with a proven track record of high achievement
  • Used to building and reporting on outreach sequences (HubSpot, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft etc.)
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), can craft and iterate tailored messaging to prospects

Bonus points if you have:

  • Sold software to accounting firms or other professional services organisations
  • Familiar with PSA, WFM, and/or practice management software

What you’ll get

  • Salary: £35 - 45k (FTE) + uncapped commission
  • EMI options as part of our employee share options scheme
  • At least £1,000 per year to spend on professional and personal development
