Business Development Coordinator

The Person

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to be part of our talented team.  This person will be working with the Business Development (BD) team to manage and monitor all sales processes and activities.

They will ensure the BD team are organised and prioritise activities and workloads accordingly.  They will oversee and optimise the operational processes that support Business Development.

The individual will possess a knowledge of CRM systems and reporting and demonstrate the following characteristics:

The Role

This person will work with the BD Director, to ensure the BD team meet the results in the Sales Plan and will establish and optimise workflows to streamline BD activities.  They will be the guru for our internal CRM system, overseeing it’s implementation and optimisation.  As part of the role they will track and report on BD activities, as well as conduct research and regular competitor analysis.

This role is not customer facing, but may be required to travel to attend Esteem workshops. We are a 4 day week employer and this role is office based, in Glasgow, with flexibility to work from home as agreed.
