Do you have experience with customer guidance within SaaS and get energized by helping organizations maximize their return on software? Nmbrs recently acquired GearSoft, a software platform that makes salary data easily accessible for accountants, advisors, and HR professionals.

As a Business Consultant, you play a key role in onboarding clients, delivering trainings, and optimizing the use of GearSoft. You help clients get the most out of the platform and support them with reporting, data analysis, and leveraging BI applications such as PowerBI.

What will you do?

As a Business Consultant at GearSoft, you help clients understand the platform well and work with it comfortably and efficiently on a daily basis. You combine training, support, and client contact and learn the product inside and out.

  • You guide new clients during onboarding and help set up processes that align with their organization.
  • You develop and deliver practical training sessions and workshops, enabling clients to work independently and confidently with GearSoft.
  • You are responsible for planning and organizing trainings, which you conduct yourself or execute together with external consultants.
  • In addition to trainings, you also provide support to clients and assist them with questions and daily use of the platform.
  • You support existing clients with optimizations, adoption, and simple data migrations.
  • You think proactively about improvements in processes, trainings, and customer experience.

Your first 6 months

In this broad role, the focus lies on learning, training, and improving:

  • Building platform expertise: learn GearSoft and the Nmbrs integration well and become the internal point of contact.
  • Trainings & onboarding: about two days per week you train and guide clients on location, standardize onboarding processes, and take over internal/external trainings.
  • Support & process improvement: structure support, help clients via tickets and knowledge base, and think along about process optimizations to improve GearSoft usage.

Result: at the end of six months, you will be the internal GearSoft expert, run trainings independently, improve processes, and ensure that clients optimally benefit from the platform.

What do you bring?

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or business consulting
  • Experience with delivering trainings or workshops is a big plus

Technical skills

  • Affinity with SaaS software and basic knowledge of technical concepts
  • You are strong in Excel (big plus)
  • You can plan, prioritize and execute projects well and independently
  • You possess a driving license B (for client visits)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch at mother tongue level 'preferably')

Soft skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • An educational mindset: you enjoy transferring knowledge
  • A customer-focused, proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • You work independently but actively seek collaboration
