Scope and Purpose
Support the GRMs in assessing the economic credit risk performance of customers and in activating the necessary corrective actions Support the GRMs by carrying out related administrative and credit activities and taking care of the tasks related to the investigation of credit lines Support the GRMs in achieving the profitability, commercial and risk objectives of customers, by participating in the preparation of plans and the offer to the relevant customers Operationally interact with the relationship structures in Italy and abroad for the relevant customers Guarantee the quality of the work performed, as well as compliance with deadlines, by intervening operationally in urgent transactions. Develop cross-selling opportunities Support the coordination with the product structures of the Division during the preparation of strategic and commercial plans and the origination of the transactions Identify market opportunities to be discussed with customers to support the origination of transactions, facilitating the activity of GRMs and the various product structures
Required Experience
5 years of experience in Corporate and Investment Banking
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
University degree and/or post-graduate degree in economics/ finance. Good financial analysis skills (knowledge of key financial ratios) Drafting of pitches for internal use Bloomberg Knowledge and experience in Business analysis Proficiency in computer applications. Good communication skills. Thoroughness and attention to details. Advanced English (spoken and written) Team-oriented personality Understanding of credit risk analysis and support the preparation of credit papers; Advanced analytical ability to perform financial statement and market analysis; Exposure to and good understanding of full range of Investment banking and Structured lending products Ability to engage with professionals of different product and relationship teams
