The Opportunity

We’re looking for two proactive and insightful Business Analysts to join our QBE Digital team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of strategic delivery partnering with stakeholders, driving operational excellence, and helping shape the digital experiences that matter most to our customers.

Your new role

  • Deliver regular reporting and strategic analysis to inform digital decision making
  • Identify and implement process and policy improvements across QBE Digital
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems and streamline operations
  • Support the development of operational and organisational design initiatives
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and stakeholder feedback
  • Contribute to implementation planning and ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor on metrics, KPIs, and governance practices
  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation to support successful project delivery

About you

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital, technology, or transformation environments
  • Skilled in operational reporting, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Confident using data to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and agile delivery settings
  • Familiar with digital operating models and governance frameworks
  • Passionate about delivering meaningful change in a customer-focused, regulated environment
