Procurify is looking for a proven Senior Designer to join our marketing team and own our visual brand identity. The ideal candidate has the vision, passion and expertise to support our company strategy through design.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B software experience and an impressive portfolio of work that shows a clear understanding of how to design high-value and high-impact creative solutions that resonate with the perfect buyer.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning our visual brand, design system, color palette, typeface, icon and image library. In addition, you will be maintaining and optimizing the visual design of our website landing pages, slide decks, brochures, guides, emails, and other digital assets.

Success in this role will be realized by working closely with our marketing team to understand the business goals and objectives, and using this as the foundation to update and create our varied marketing assets. Our brand identity should continue to position Procurify as the market leader in spend management software while delivering an exceptional buyer experience that produces high-quality sales leads and supports exponential revenue growth.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business goals and objectives and develop design solutions that bring them to life
  • Work with the content and design team to further develop our brand guidelines, icon library, images and other assets as required
  • Create designs for our market-leading website, landing pages, slide decks, brochures, guides, emails and digital assets with the end-user as top-of-mind
  • Generate impactful and cutting-edge concepts and designs for marketing campaigns that will resonate with our ideal buyer, taking into account channel specifications or requirements (websites, mobile applications, email, etc.)
  • Establish processes to streamline creative activities and scale growth while ensuring there is consistency and alignment across all assets produced
  • Regularly communicate with the content and design team to share new ideas to continuously evolve the brand, while articulating the rationale behind design decisions
  • Provide updates to the team on project statuses to ensure deadlines are met and feedback is implemented
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, providing constructive creative feedback as needed
  • Monitor externally-facing collateral to ensure all assets adhere to established brand guidelines
  • Maintain a library of high-quality design assets for cross-functional teams to leverage


  • Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • 5+ years of brand and website design experience (2+ years of B2B experience)
  • Expert in aligning overall brand identity and design systems, websites and landing pages
  • Expert in designing Google Slide presentations, brochures, guides, emails, and digital assets
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Expert in Figma to design website pages that show a deep understanding of UX/UI
  • Comprehensive understanding of typography, iconography, color theory, layout and design techniques
  • Excellent collaborator and individual contributor
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design ideas, rationale and solutions clearly
  • Strong project management skills, extremely detail-oriented and quality-conscious
  • Genuine interest in staying up-to-date on current trends and fundamentals in design and web practices
  • Experience with video, GIFs, and animation is an asset

  • Base Salary Range: $72,000 - $90,000 (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
