Branch Retail Banking Advisor

Tasks you will become an expert in:

• Providing professional assistance to retail customers visiting the branch.
• Financial advice regarding accounts, savings, and unsecured loans.
• Introducing digital banking channels (mobile application and internet banking) and supporting their use.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending products that match those needs.
• Performing administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.

This role is for you if you:

• Have at least secondary education.
• Have worked in customer service and sales in the past 5 years.
• Want to build your career specifically in the banking sector.
• Seek continuous learning and development.
• Are keen to work with modern financial products and digital solutions.
• Possess excellent communication skills and can easily connect with different types of customers.
• Keep your team’s goals in mind alongside your own successes.
