Branch Customer Service Representative

Tasks in which you'll become an expert:

• Customer reception: You will be the first impression, welcoming arriving customers with a smile, guiding them and helping them reach the appropriate administrator.
• Customer support: You will provide confident answers to simpler questions and find quick solutions to problems.
• Administrative tasks: Organizing, indexing and handling documents precisely.
• Supporting banking background processes: You will assist bankers in their daily work and get to know the operations and processes of bank branches up close.

This is for you if:

• You can work 20 hours per week in person at the bank branch and are open to development and career opportunities in the long term – even as a full-time bank advisor.
• You perform your work independently and accurately and are not afraid of responsibility.
• You communicate confidently and are happy to answer simpler customer inquiries.
• You have strong problem-solving skills.
• You are interested in banking products and would like to participate in the dynamic daily life of the bank branch.
