Branch Customer Service and Sales Associate

Tasks you will become an expert in:

• Providing professional assistance to retail customers who arrive at the branch.
• Financial advising regarding accounts, savings, and unsecured loans.
• Presenting and supporting the use of digital banking channels (mobile application and online banking).
• Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable products.
• Performing administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.

• You have worked in customer management and sales in the last 5 years.
