Tasks you will master:
- Provide professional support to retail customers arriving at the branch.
- Offer financial advice regarding accounts, savings and unsecured loans.
- Introduce and support the use of digital banking channels (mobile app and internet banking).
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.
