Branch Customer Advisor

Tasks you'll master:

• Providing professional assistance to retail clients visiting the branch.
• Financial advice regarding accounts, savings, and unsecured loans.
• Explaining and supporting the use of digital banking channels (mobile application and internet banking).
• Understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable products.
• Performing administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.
• When needed, substituting the foreign currency and HUF cashier colleague.

This role is for you if:

• You have at least a secondary education.
• In the past 5 years, you have been involved in customer service and sales.
• You specifically want to build your career in the banking sector.
