About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI and analytics solutions that transform data into actionable insights. This role will work closely with our CCO (Chief Customer Officer) and CTO (Chief Technology Officer) organizations, ensuring that data-driven decisions are at the core of our strategic initiatives.
An ideal candidate is a self-starter who can execute deliverables independently and an analytical thinker who thrives on problem-solving and DWH modeling. Additionally, we’re looking for a team member that is collaborative and maintains a positive and professional Attitude CTO & CCO leadership.
Ultimately, you will enhance our business intelligence platform to help us make better decisions.

What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with the CCO and CTO organizations to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using Qlik Sense, including dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Create data visualizations in Qlik Sense that clearly communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimize the Qlik Sense platform to ensure high performance and usability.
- Develop and execute SQL queries and Python-based ETL processes (e.g., Pandas, Spark).
- Evaluate and improve existing BI systems, focusing on enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure seamless integration of Qlik Sense solutions with existing systems and workflows.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for Qlik Sense.
Who are you?:
- Proven experience as a BI Developer, with expertise in Qlik Sense.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles in data visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with complex queries.
- Background in data warehouse design and management.
- Knowledge of OLAP and ETL processes, with experience in Python-based ETL (e.g., Pandas, Spark).
- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Minimum of 4 years as a BI developer with at least 2 years of experience working with QlikSense.
