To further support and accelerate these efforts internally, we invite a confident and ambitious person who enjoys teamwork and wants to develop and help shape the sales team of the segment with their ideas and suggestions.

Your responsibilities:

• Acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships with them to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Active marketing/sales of banking products.
• Other tasks aimed at gaining comprehensive knowledge of retail banking, with opportunities to advance to more specialized positions.
• Cash desk (teller) duties.

We expect:

• At least a secondary education in economics or another appropriate field.
• Responsible, proactive work attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to meet individual and team targets.
• Motivation to learn and grow personally.
• Licenses for marketing investment services and for insurance intermediation are desirable but not required.
