Description and purpose of the position:
- Provide professional service to clients regarding banking products and services.
- Identify and understand clients’ financial needs and provide expert advice and solutions.
- Perform transactions and currency exchange operations – handling cash.
- Actively participate in achieving sales goals.
- Collaborate daily with colleagues from various parts of the Bank and work as a team.
Required experience and qualifications:
- University degree (BSc/MSc) in finance, economics or related field (advantage).
- Experience in banking or sales is desirable but not mandatory.
Required skills and knowledge:
- Developed communication skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- High level of expertise and dedication to providing top-notch client service and sales skills.
