Tasks in which you will become an expert:
- In customer reception: you will be the first impression, welcoming clients with a smile, guiding them and helping them reach the appropriate consultant.
- In customer support: you will provide confident answers to simple questions, find quick solutions to problems.
- In administrative tasks: organizing, filing, and handling documents precisely.
- In supporting banking background processes: assisting bank colleagues in their daily work and getting to know bank branch operations and processes up close.
This is for you if:
- You can work 30 hours per week in person at the bank branch and are open to long‐term development and career opportunities – possibly as a full‐time banking consultant later.
- You work independently and accurately and are not afraid of responsibility.
- You communicate confidently and enjoy answering simpler customer questions.
- You have strong problem-solving skills.
- You are interested in banking products and would like to participate in the dynamic everyday life of the branch.
