Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Customer reception: you will be the first impression, welcoming clients with a smile, guiding them, and helping them reach the appropriate advisor.
- Customer support: you provide confident answers to simpler questions and find quick solutions to problems.
- Administrative tasks: organizing, filing, and precise handling of documents.
- Supporting banking back-office processes: you assist the daily work of banking colleagues and gain close insight into the operation and processes of bank branches.
This is for you if:
- You can work 30 hours per week in person at the branch and are open to long-term development and career opportunities – possibly as a full-time bank advisor.
- You work independently and accurately and are not afraid of responsibility.
- You communicate confidently and enjoy answering simpler customer questions.
- You have strong problem-solving skills.
- You are interested in banking products and eager to participate in the dynamic everyday life of the branch.
