Responsibilities you will become expert in:
- Customer reception: you will be the first impression, greeting arriving customers with a smile, guiding them and helping them reach the appropriate administrator.
- Customer support: you will confidently answer simpler questions and find quick solutions to problems.
- Administrative tasks: organizing, filing and precise handling of documents.
- Supporting banking back-office processes: you will assist the bank colleagues in their daily work and get to know branch operations and processes up close.
This is for you if:
- You can work 20 hours per week in person at the bank branch and are open to long-term development and career opportunities – potentially as a full-time banking advisor in the future.
- You work independently and precisely and are not afraid of responsibility.
- You communicate confidently and enjoy answering simpler customer inquiries.
- You have strong problem-solving skills.
- You are interested in banking products and would gladly take part in the dynamic everyday life of the branch.
