Tasks you will become an expert in:
- Customer reception: You will be the first impression, welcoming customers with a smile, guiding them, and helping them reach the appropriate consultant.
- Customer support: You will provide confident answers to simple questions and find quick solutions to issues.
- Administrative tasks: Organizing, filing, and handling documents with precision.
- Bank back-office support: Assisting banking colleagues in their daily work and gaining close insight into branch operations and processes.
This role is for you if:
- You can work 40 hours per week in person at the branch and are open to long-term development and career opportunities – even as a full-time banking advisor.
- You work independently and accurately and are not afraid of responsibility.
- You communicate confidently and enjoy answering simple customer questions.
- You have strong problem-solving skills.
- You’re interested in banking products and eager to participate in the dynamic daily life of a bank branch.
